- vitally important online resources of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs were subjected to cyber-attacks. "To protect the sites, Minister Sergei Lavrov was forced to distract himself from his latest attempt to deceive people and temporarily hide the Foreign Ministry sites," the report says.
- the operations of more than a hundred Russian online drone stores and military trading companies were paralysed. "Because of this, the Russians could not order the necessary equipment for their murderous soldiers who continue to wage war in Ukraine," the Ministry of Digital Transformation added.
- the cyberattacks caused outages in Beeline telecommunications services and online resources. Beeline customers had no internet access.
"The IT army continues to hold back propaganda in Russia, and its ‘preventative’ work with the Russian media never stops," the Ministry of Digital Transformation also noted.
