Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy Russian observation post and ammunition depots in southern Ukraine

The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the command and observation post of the 785th separate Special Forces detachment of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, two Russian ammunition depots and a Fagot anti-tank missile system in southern Ukraine.

Details: The Ukrainian Armed Forces also killed 66 Russian soldiers and destroyed five tanks, two Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers, three armoured vehicles and nine other vehicles.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also destroyed a Merlin-BP drone near Ivanivka, where the Russians were trying to conduct aerial reconnaissance.
Russia’s total losses are being confirmed.
Ukrainian aircraft conducted five airstrikes on Russian forces. In particular, they struck three Russian strongpoints in the Beryslav district. Pairs of Mi-8 and Mi-24 jets struck two Russian strongpoints in Kherson.
In total, Ukrainian missile and artillery units conducted around 190 combat operations involving firearms.
Background: On the night of 24 July, Ukrainian military personnel destroyed a battery of Russian S-300 air defence systems located in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast.
