Ukraine’s state border in Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts under Russian fire

Russian army continues to shell state border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts with various weapons, causing destruction and endangering Ukrainian civilians.

6 Amalgamated Territorial Communities (hromadas) of Sumy Oblast, as well as the Novhorod-Siverskyi Hromada of Chernihiv Oblast, came under enemy fire."
Details: With the use of 120-mm mortars and self-propelled artillery, Russian invaders fired at the territories of Myropillia and Khotin hromadas.
Russian forces opened fire with an AGS-17 automatic grenade launcher and self-propelled artillery on the Bilopillia Hromada. One civilian was killed as a result of the shelling.
Two Russian planes fired 10 rockets on the territory of the Mykolaivka Hromada.
Russian forces inflicted damage on the Krasnopillia Hromada with self-propelled artillery. A total of 50 airstrikes have been recorded.
The invaders shelled the Shalyhyne Hromada with mortars, simultaneously firing from anti-aircraft guns and small weapons.
Russian forces shelled the Novhorod-Siverskyi Hromada with tubed artillery.
