Russian occupation regime in Kherson Oblast creates an "election committee" in preparation for "referendum"

Following their "colleagues" in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the occupation administration in Russian-occupied Kherson Oblast created an "election committee" in preparation for the so-called "referendum" [on the ceding of Kherson Oblast to Russia - ed.].
Details: The Kherson Oblast occupation administration reported that an "election committee" was created in order to organise a "referendum on joining the Russian Federation."
The so-called "election committee" will include seven people.
The media reports that the occupation administration is intending to hold the "referendums" [in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts - ed.] on 11 September 2022.
