The Russians damaged the Odesa Fine Arts Museum building

On the morning of 23 July, Russia launched missiles on the port of Odesa, where grain was stored; the blast damaged the building of the Fine Arts Museum.

Quote from Tkachenko: "With this blow, Russia endangered the historical centre of Odesa, included in the Tentative Lists of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The blast damaged the windows in the building of Odesa Fine Arts Museum.
According to the updated version of the nomination dossier, which will soon be submitted by Ukraine to UNESCO, the port area will be included in the buffer zone of the World Heritage site. The port is located close to objects of Odesa's cultural heritage."
Details: Tkachenko calls on the international community to stop Russian strikes and the destruction of cultural and natural heritage.
