Three people were killed and 19 were injured in Russian missile strikes on Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad Oblast.

Details: According to Raikovych, the medics immediately began to provide assistance to the wounded; their lives are not in danger.

Emergency crews from Oblenerho [regional power distribution company - ed.] promptly restored the power supply. As of 15:00, electricity and water have been restored everywhere in Kropyvnytskyi.

Raikovych noted that the aggressors are very insidious and called on the residents of Kirovohrad Oblast not to ignore the air-raid sirens and immediately go to the shelters when they go off.

Update: On the evening of 23 July, Andrii Raikovych, the head of the Kirovohrad Oblast Military Administration, confirmed that the number of casualties has risen to 19.

  •   On the morning of 23 July, the Russians fired 13 missiles at the Kirovohrad Oblast, hitting the Kanatove military airfield and an Ukrzaliznytsia [Ukrainian Railway" - ed.] facility. Initially, it had been reported that 3 people were killed and 9 injured.
