Quote: "The enemy is delivering ammunition to the territory of Ukraine under the guise of civilian cargo. After a series of strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on ammunition warehouses of the Ruscists, located in the temporarily occupied areas of Kherson Oblast, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have been labelling military cargo as "humanitarian aid".
Details: In particular, more than 20 "civilian" KamAz trucks have entered Kherson Oblast.
All of them are painted white with flags of the Russian Federation and the symbols of the "United Russia" party on the cabin doors.
It is reported that the actual cargo delivered is barrel artillery ammunition and MLRS.
New ammunition warehouses are being set up in civilian buildings, such as cultural and educational institutions.
The invaders are also introducing additional restrictions for units stationed in Kherson.
Cars and trucks that had been there for several months were removed from the training grounds of the Kherson faculty of the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs (police school).
Personnel are located on the first floor and in the basement. They move around the territory in the evening and at night.
In anticipation of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the perimeter is heavily guarded and sniper positions have been set up, which constantly monitor private and multi-storey buildings.
If local residents are spotted in the windows, a group of (Russian) soldiers is urgently sent to the apartment to check whether residents may be cooperating with the Ukrainian special services (searching their homes, seizing their phones, conducting interviews).
In general, due to the massive fire strikes inflicted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military personnel of the 1st and 2nd Army Corps of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are prohibited from moving military equipment during daylight hours when transporting personnel and military cargo.
In this regard, works are being carried out to convert existing vehicles to travel in the dark, as well as to mask vehicles.
Other divisions of the Russian occupation forces are also expected to carry out similar measures.
