The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine estimates that according to its intelligence, Russia has used more than 50% of the high-precision weapons it had at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Quote from Skibitskyi: "Military intelligence has made an assessment... regarding high-precision weapons, as the Russian Federation calls them. Those Iskander, Kalibr, air-launched cruise missiles, Kh-101s, Kh-555s — according to our calculations, 55-60% of the pre-war reserves have been used to date.
Most of the ballistic missiles used were for the Iskander system, which is why we haven't seen the use of this missile for a long time. Maybe after this speech they will ‘come up with something’."
Details: At the same time, Skibitskyi emphasised that Russia has very large reserves of old Soviet weapons. These include cruise missiles (for example, Kh-22s, which have been used twice from the territory of Belarus, and others), a full set of Smerch, Uragan and Grad rockets, and various kinds of aerial bombs.
"Everything that remained from the USSR (and the reserves were very large), and it is very difficult to calculate how much is left," Skibitskyi added.
