Russians are attacking Kharkiv: there are fatalities and casualties

Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, has said that the Russian occupiers struck Kharkiv on the morning of 21 July. According to current information, about 17 people were injured and one person was killed.

Quote from Syniehubov: "The Russians are striking Kharkiv. Attention residents: stay in shelters, do not go outside unnecessarily, do not ignore the air-raid sirens."
Details: Ihor Terekhov, the mayor of Kharkiv, said that the Russians shelled one of the most populous areas of the city.
The occupiers hit one of the medical facilities.
People were injured and one person was killed as a result of the shelling of Kharkiv.
Quote from Terekhov: "For the second day in a row and at about the same time, the occupier has struck public transport stops. As a result, one person is known to have been killed and 17 injured, one of whom is in extremely serious condition."
Updated. Serhii Bolvinov, the head of the Investigative Department of the regional police, said that the number of persons killed has increased to two. One of the injured is a patrol police officer.
According to Bolvinov and to preliminary information, the shelling was conducted with Uragan MLRS and cluster shells.
