Shoigu orders the occupiers to destroy the long-range missile systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Sergei Shoigu, the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, during an inspection of the Vostok [East] group of invaders, has given an order to the commander to prioritise the destruction of long-range missile and artillery systems used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack the Russian invaders.

Quote: "Army General Sergei Shoigu, noting the strengthening of the group's strike capabilities, gave instructions to the commander to prioritise the defeat of the enemy's long-range missile and artillery weapons with high-precision weapons."
Details: Earlier, Shoigu inspected the Russian groups Iug [South] and Tsentr [Centre], led by Army General Sergei Surovikin and Colonel General Aleksandr Lapin.
Previously:
- On 1 June, US President Joe Biden announced that Ukraine would be provided with a new security aid package, which includes highly mobile HIMARS missile and artillery systems.
- These HIMARS are equipped with missiles capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 80 km, but potentially the systems can strike at a distance of 300 km.
- Thanks to the American HIMARS missile artillery systems, the Ukrainian military has already destroyed more than 30 logistical military facilities of the Russians.
