Details: The Pivden [South] Operational Command also added that there are two Russian naval missile carriers in the Black Sea with a total array of 16 Kalibr cruise missiles, and three Russian dock landing ships.
"There is a high threat of missile strikes. The threat of drifting mines in coastal areas has increased – there was a storm at sea that lasted for two days, potentially setting [sea] mines adrift, meaning that they can also drift ashore," the Operational Command said.
