The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled Russian assaults on the Sloviansk and Bakhmut fronts and inflicted losses on the Russian forces.

Details: On the Donetsk front, Russian forces continued to focus their main efforts on trying to establish control over the city of Siversk and to advance in the direction of the city of Bakhmut.

On the Sloviansk front, the Russians fired on civilian infrastructure in the areas of Donetske, Siversk, Verkhnokamianske, Zvanivka, Vyimka, Ivano-Dariivka, and other towns and villages. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled Russian assault operations near Hrygorivka, forcing Russian troops to retreat with losses.

On the Bakhmut front, Russian occupying forces shelled the positions of Ukrainian troops using mortars and tubed and rocket artillery near Berestove, Vesele, Krasna Hora, Vershyna, Novoluhansk, and Travneve. Russian forces conducted airstrikes on Konstiantynivka, Novoluhansk, and Pokrovsk.

The General Staff also added that "The occupiers made an attempt to conduct assault operations and to advance near Berestove, Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, and Novoluhanske. The enemy’s ungainly actions once again ended in failure and losses."

On the Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhia fronts Russian forces fired on the areas around Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Novomykhailivka, Volodymyrivka, Pavlivka, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Stepnohirsk, and Stepove. Russian aircraft conducted airstrikes near Pokrovsk and Novoselivka II.

The Russians also attempted to improve their tactical positions in the areas around Mykhailivka, Pavlivka, and Novomykhailivka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled their assault operations and forced them to flee.

On the Sloviansk front, Russian occupying forces used mortars and tubed and rocket artillery to fire on the areas around Dolyna, Dibrovne, Ivanivka, Mazanivka, Bohorodychne, Velyka Komyshuvakha, Kurulka, Konstiantynivka, Virnopillia, Husarivka and other towns and villages. The Russians actively used means of electronic warfare in order to inflict damage on the Ukrainian troops’ control and command systems and to prevent Ukrainian forces from conducting aerial reconnaissance.

On the Pivdennyi Buh front, Russian forces conducted systematic attacks on the Ukrainian forces in an attempt to disrupt their logistics support. The Russians also fired on civilian and military infrastructure in the areas around Bila Krynytsia, Bereznehuvate, Ternivka, Veselyi Kut, Blahodatne, Kvitneve, Lotskyne, Novohryhorivka, Myrne, Prybuzke, Lupareve, Bashtanka, and other towns and villages. In addition, Russian forces launched rocket strikes on Mykolaiv.

Russian forces also continued to conduct aerial reconnaissance using unmanned aerial vehicles. There is a threat of further missile strikes on the critical infrastructure of the region.

On the Kharkiv front, Russian occupying forces focused their efforts on maintaining their previously occupied positions, fired on the areas around Petrivka, Protopopivka, Prudianka, Ruski Tyshky, Pytomnyk, Staryi Saltiv, Chuhuiv, Mospanove, Uda, Vesele, and other towns and villages, and launched airstrikes on the areas near Prudianka and Verkhnii Saltiv.

There were no significant changes on the Volyn, Polissia, and Sivershchyna fronts. Russian forces used artillery to fire on the towns and villages of Studenok, Volfyne, Bilopillia, Novi Vyrky and Iskryskivshchyna near the Ukrainian-Russian border and continued to conduct aerial reconnaissance of the border-adjacent areas in Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts.
