Ten powerful explosions were heard in the city of Mykolaiv during an air-raid alarm on the night of 16-17 July.

Sienkevych: "Around 10 powerful explosions were heard in Mykolaiv. According to preliminary information, several fires have broken out."

Details: The head of Mykolaiv region Vitaly Kim later reported that at approximately 03:05, "Mykolaiv again came under massive rocket fire."
