Quote from Zelenskyy: "We have already begun to identify all those responsible for and those involved in the attack on Vinnytsia. Overall, as many as 200 civilians have sought medical attention.
Four people currently remain in critical condition. Another four are missing. Those working at the site of the attack are doing everything they can to determine what happened to them.
As of now, the death toll remains the same: 23 people."
Details: Zelenskyy said that the chaotic missile strikes Russia is launching on Ukraine testify to the degradation of the Russian state.
President Zelenskyy added that Russia understands that Ukraine is gradually growing stronger, and the purpose of the Russian terror is to "put pressure on our society, to terrorise people, to inflict maximum damage on Ukrainian cities – while the Russian terrorists are still capable of doing so."
Zelenskyy urged Ukrainian citizens to take heed of air raid sirens.
