Further claims from Russia that Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled Bryansk Oblast

The authorities of Russia’s Bryansk Oblast claim that the Ukrainian military attacked a village near the border on Friday 15 July, damaging a power line.

Quote: "At 05:00 today, an artillery attack was carried out from the territory of Ukraine on the border village of Nekislitsa, Sevsky district. As a result of the shelling, a power line was damaged."

Details: According to Bogomaz, there were no casualties. Local operational services are restoring the power line.

Previously: 

•         Bryansk Oblast, in the Russian Federation, borders Ukraine’s Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts. According to the General Staff as of the morning of 15 July, Russian troops have been periodically firing on the positions of Ukrainian troops in border areas of the Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts to demonstrate their presence.
•         In particular, Russians fired on eight hromadas (amalgamated territorial communities) in Sumy Oblast eight times on 14 July, firing more than 40 shots from various weapons.
