The authorities of Russia’s Bryansk Oblast claim that the Ukrainian military attacked a village near the border on Friday 15 July, damaging a power line.

Quote: "At 05:00 today, an artillery attack was carried out from the territory of Ukraine on the border village of Nekislitsa, Sevsky district. As a result of the shelling, a power line was damaged."
Details: According to Bogomaz, there were no casualties. Local operational services are restoring the power line.
