Three children have been killed by rockets in Vinnytsia, four more were injured – prosecutors

On 14 July, a 4-year-old girl and two boys were killed and four more children were injured as a result of Russian rocket fire in the centre of Vinnytsia.

Details: As of the morning of 15 July, according to official information from prosecutors, at least 1,009 children have been affected in Ukraine as a result of Russia's full-scale armed aggression: 352 children died and more than 657 were injured with various degrees of severity.
These numbers are not final, as work is ongoing to confirm them in places of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied territories and liberated territories [from Russian soldiers].
Background: On the morning of 14 July, the Russians hit the centre of Vinnytsia with rockets. As of evening, the number of persons killed stood at 23, 64 people are in hospital and 5 are in critical condition.
A 4-year-old girl, Liza, is among those who were killed. Her mother was at the intensive care unit. Little Liza had Down’s syndrome; she was filmed in a video of First Lady Olena Zelenska before the Christmas holidays in 2021.
