Shelling of Vinnytsia: 21 people died, about 50 are seriously wounded

As a result of the Russian attack on the centre of Vinnytsia on Thursday, 21 people are currently known to have died, about 90 people have sought help from medical institutions, about fifty of them are in critical condition.

Details: It is reported that there are currently 20 dead people, including 3 children.
It was also established that the premises of one of the medical centers were destroyed by enemy missiles.
The prosecutor's office has initiated an investigation in criminal proceedings on the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.
The police in Vinnytsia deployed a mobile point for citizens' appeals and opened hotlines for searching missing persons.

Background: On Thursday, around 11:00 a.m., Russian troops fired missiles at the center of Vinnytsia.
Later it became known that at least 12 people died, including a little child. According to preliminary data, 3 Russian missiles hit the building with office premises. The Officers' House and nearby residential buildings were also damaged by the explosions.
A fire broke out at the strike site, the fire spread to the parking lot. About 50 cars caught fire.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called this missile attack a terrorist act.
