Russia deploys Ukrainian residents of Russian-occupied Luhansk Oblast on the battlefield and kills civilians in Donetsk Oblast – heads of Oblast Military Administrations

Russia is forcing Ukrainian citizens to fight against their fellow Ukrainians in the Russian-occupied cities of Luhansk Oblast. Meanwhile, Russian occupying forces are continuing to kill civilians in Donetsk Oblast.

Details: Haidai said that Russia has deployed aircraft in Luhansk Oblast, but its troops are at a standstill and losing their ammunition depots to Ukrainian attacks.

Each day there are new reports of Russian ammunition depots being destroyed. The latest report came from the city of Luhansk. "Their ammunition supply chain has been broken, though the losses they suffer have not yet reached a critical mass – the Russians have stockpiled a lot," Haidai said.

Quote from Haidai: "Over the course of several decades, the enemy’s army has not suffered losses anywhere else that are as heavy as the ones it is suffering in Luhansk Oblast.

They have everything they need, and plenty of it. But our fighters are inflicting significant losses on the Russians. Many of them return home and die of ‘natural causes’. The ‘Second Army of the World’ has fled Bilohorivka more than once and had no idea what to do near Zolotarivka.

The ‘waiters’ [Ukrainian residents of the Russian-occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast who claimed to be ‘waiting’ for the arrival of the Russian forces, hopeful that their lot under Russia would be ‘better’ - ed.] from Rubizhne and Sievierodonetsk have been deployed on the battlefield. They are destroying the villages of the [Luhansk - ed.] Oblast where some of their relatives might live. But that’s unfortunately exactly what they wanted."

Details: Haidai reported that on the night of 10-11 July Russian forces conducted five missile strikes and four massive artillery shellings on the towns and villages situated along the administrative border between Luhansk and Donetsk Oblasts.

He said that Russia is deploying aircraft, as well as tubed and rocket artillery in an attempt to break through to Siversk and Sloviansk from Lysychansk and other directions. However, Russia’s attempts have remained unsuccessful in the past week. The Russians are also attempting to advance from the direction of Popasna.

Quote from Kyrylenko: "Russia is killing civilians! On 10 July, the orcs [Russians - ed.] carried out their greatest attack on Chasiv Yar, where they destroyed a multi-storey building, killing 15 people under its rubble.

Another civilian was killed in Zaitseve yesterday [on 10 July - ed.]. Two civilians in the oblasts sustained injuries.

As of now, it remains impossible to determine the exact numbers of casualties and fatalities in Mariupol and Volnovakha."
