The Russians are pulling troops close to Bilohorivka, shelling the surrounding settlements - but they are not able to advance from Lysychansk to Siversk.

Quote: "The enemy is gathering troops near Bilohorivka, shelling the surrounding settlements, and launching airstrikes, but it is still unable to quickly occupy the entire Luhansk region.
Last night alone, the Russians carried out seven artillery barrages and four missile strikes".
Details: According to Haidai, the Russians still live with the thoughts of how they "captured most of the region" at the beginning of March.
But, according to the head of the oblast, "it was by no means a lightning-fast offensive operation, but the building of a strong defence line by our military – and as soon as the Armed Forces of Ukraine made solid defensive fortifications, this rapid offensive came to an end."
Quote: "In four months, the Russians have advanced several kilometres, choosing the tactic of wholesale destruction of large cities. But they are still confident in their "heroic" victories at the end of February, live by it and do not want to face the reality. And it does not cheer them very much.
Just like yesterday, when near Zolotarivka the occupiers came under fire from our artillery and were forced to flee their positions. Their attack on Verkhniokamiansk failed.
In other words, all their efforts to advance from the Lysychansk side to Siversk are still being frustrated, thanks to the Ukrainian defenders".
