Kremlin reacts to shelling of Odesa Oblast – lying that they did not fire at residential buildings

Dmitry Peskov, the Russian Presidential Press Secretary, continues to lie that the Russian Federation does not fire at civilian targets, after the Russian missile strikes in Odesa Oblast, killing at least 19 people.

Quote: "I want to remind you once again of the words of the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Federation that the armed forces of the Russian Federation do not target civilians and civilian infrastructure during the special military operation."
Details: Peskov continued to lie that the Russian military allegedly "target military ammunition warehouses, enterprises where military equipment is manufactured and repaired, ammunition storehouses, and bases and training sites for mercenaries, including foreign mercenaries and nationalist elements."
Peskov advised that the Russian Ministry of Defence be contacted for further details.
Previously: As a result of Russian missile attacks on the village of Serhiivka, Odesa Oblast, on 1 July, a 9-storey residential building and a resort have been destroyed, and at least 19 local residents have been killed. There are children among the dead.
