Kadyrov affiliate hopes for an end to the war by the end of the year

Adam Delimkhanov, a Chechen State Duma deputy and Ramzan Kadyrov's cousin, said the war could not go on beyond the end of 2022.

Details: According to him, "the end will come", because the preconditions for this already exist.

Delimkhanov says the Kadyrovites will remain in the war until the end.
