Russians kill 5 residents of Kharkiv Oblast, wound 12 more and hit a supermarket

Over the past 24 hours, five people have been killed and 12 civilians injured; residential buildings and a supermarket in Kharkiv have been damaged.

Details: The Russians have continued shelling Kharkiv and the region using artillery and MLRS.

On Tuesday, day and night, the occupiers fired on the Shevchenkivskyi and Industrialnyi districts of Kharkiv, damaging residential and administrative buildings, private houses, a supermarket and other non-residential premises.

In total, 1 person has been killed and 6 injured in Kharkiv during the past 24 hours.

In the Kharkiv district, the settlements of Tsyrkuny, Cherkaska Lozova and Slatyne were fired on, and private houses were damaged. In Cherkaska Lozova 2 people died and 3 were injured.

In Chuhuiv district, the village of Lebiazhe came under fire. There were fires in a private house due to the shelling.

In the village of Korobochkyne there were fires in private houses due to the shelling. Unfortunately, 1 person died, 1 was injured. 

In Pechenihy, 1 person was killed and 2 were injured in the shelling.

In addition, on the morning of 8 June, the Russians shelled the Saltivka district of Kharkiv City, with 2 people incurring shrapnel wounds.

In its report of 8 June, the Russian Defence Ministry announced that Russian troops had hit an "armoured vehicle factory" and an Uragan self-propelled MLRS with missiles.
