Russian invaders in Kherson Oblast have begun preparations to celebrate Russia Day.

Details: The situation in the Beryslav district of Kherson Oblast is dire due to the inability to deliver humanitarian supplies there.

Meanwhile, the occupying forces have begun preparations for Russia Day celebrations in the oblast.

"In temporarily occupied Kherson itself, the so-called administration is prepared to pay for a Russian passport and support for a referendum, but there are almost no supporters [for this – ed.] among the population," the report says.

Pro-Ukrainian and anti-occupation leaflets regularly cover Kherson, with Ukrainian state flags appearing everywhere.
