Russian army concentrates three battalion tactical groups near Chernihiv and Sumy regions - border guard service

The Russian military leadership have concentrated up to three battalion tactical groups of the Russian army near Chernihiv and Sumy regions; however, there is no evidence of a strike group for a possible repeat offensive.

Quote: "Russia continues to maintain units of its armed forces in the border areas near the Chernihiv and Sumy regions to demonstrate its presence and block the actions of units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, there are up to three battalion tactical groups.
At the same time, we have not recorded the formation of an enemy strike group that could repeat the invasion [of those areas] of Ukraine."
Details: The occupiers also continue to fire on the border areas of these two oblasts, endangering civilians.
According to the State Border Guard Service spokesman, more than 70 instances of shelling of these territories were recorded in the last 6 days; more than 50 of them were from artillery, the rest were from small arms and aviation.
