Second ship under Russian flag arrives in Mariupol to steal metal
A Russian ship has entered Mariupol waters and has moored in order to take rolled metal on board.
The adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko, wrote about this on Telegram.
"Appetite comes while eating. Looters," he added.
Background:
The Russian occupiers are trying to partially rebuild the port in occupied Mariupol, which is home to Ukrainian metal and grain, signalling Russia's intention to export stolen Ukrainian property.
According to Barskyi, the director of the port, as of 23 February, there were about 200,000 tons of metal and cast iron in the port, the value of which reaches 170 million dollars. Grain was significantly less: 3.4 thousand tons in warehouses and another 9 thousand tons on a ship under a foreign flag near one of the berths.
