Head of Oblast Military Administration outlines destruction wreaked by Russians in region on Luhansk Oblast Day

On Luhansk Oblast Day, Serhii Haidai, head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, reported that the Russians have destroyed roads, kindergartens, schools and are "establishing their power by humiliating genuine patriots."

For 100 days they have been razing everything that distinguished Luhansk Oblast from the so-called "LNR" [Luhansk People's Republic - ed.] to the ground.
The price of Russian peace: over 400km of European-level roads are broken. Almost 70 modern schools and 50 kindergartens [destroyed – ed.]."
Details: Haidai also said the Russians had destroyed 33 hospitals and 237 rural outpatient clinics equipped with the latest medical technology.
At the same time, angiography machines, ultrasound machines and CT scanners are being taken to the "people's republic."
"They are establishing their power by humiliating real patriots and making videos with traitors to Ukraine. But we are only getting stronger! Hating the enemy and believing in our Victory makes us invincible," Haidai said.
