Quote: "The enemy’s aerial bomb almost destroyed the humanitarian warehouses of the Luhansk region.
The Lysychansk-Bakhmut road is not passable due to the shelling, so we are using alternative routes to deliver humanitarian aid.
The aerial bomb hit our warehouses containing humanitarian aid. The hangars were almost destroyed and the transport was damaged. There were no casualties."
Details: According to Haidai, the occupiers are constantly trying to storm Lysychansk, and fighting continues on the outskirts; the city itself is under constant shelling.
Haidai said that about 15,000 civilians remained in Lysychansk and a "quiet" evacuation was underway.
The head of the Oblast Military Administration stressed that, unlike the Russian invaders, Ukraine is not engaged in deportation: "Since 24 February, we have not lost a single person during evacuation."
