According to Lunin, there is currently no need for additional blood donations for the hospitalised victims of the attack. The Kremenchuk mall was completely destroyed in the attack.

Denys Monastyrskyi, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, has arrived at the site of the incident.

According to Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the Security and Defence Council, the Russians launched two missiles at Kremenchuk. In addition to the shopping mall, a city stadium was also hit.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "The occupiers launched two missiles at the shopping mall while there were over 1,000 civilians inside. The mall is on fire, rescuers are working to extinguish the fire, and the number of casualties and fatalities is difficult to even imagine.

There was no threat to the Russian army [at the mall]. No strategic advantage. Only people attempting to live a normal life, which makes the occupiers boil with rage.

Russia continues to vent their anger at their powerlessness on ordinary civilians. Any hope that Russia might yet show humanity and reason is in vain."

Earlier: On 27 June, Russian forces launched missile strikes at a shopping mall in Kremenchuk, killing civilians.
