Chernihiv and Sumy regions shelled 7 times on Sunday night: one casualty

According to border guards, the Russians shelled Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts 7 times on the night of 26 June.

Details: The enemy fired mortars and tubed artillery at the border areas of the Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka and Snovsk hromadas (communities) in the Chernihiv region, and at settlements in the Seredyno-Budsk, Hlukhiv and Yunakivka communities in Sumy region.

Quote: "As a result of the shelling, one of the agricultural enterprises in the Semenivka district was damaged. The explosions caused a fire to break out at the enterprise and agricultural machinery was damaged.

Among the casualties is one resident from the border villages of the Yunakivka community."

Update: Ukrainian border guard officers have shared photographs showing the consequences of the attack on the agricultural enterprise in Chernihiv Oblast.

The photos show a destroyed grain silo and damaged agricultural equipment.

Storage depots and agricultural equipment were damaged by fragments of the shells as well as the fire that broke out as a result of the attack.
