Explosions near Cherkasy and further blasts in Kyiv

There were two explosions near Cherkasy just after 11:00, and two explosions were heard in Kyiv as well.

Details: Taburets told local residents to stay in bomb shelters and not to post photos and videos from the scene. "Our safety depends on it!" he added.

People in Kyiv also heard two blasts at approximately 11:30. This may have been the work of the Ukrainian Air Defence. Details are unknown.

This is the second time residents of the capital have heard the sound of explosions in a day: there were four explosions in the morning. One of the missiles partly destroyed a 9-storey apartment building and damaged neighbouring buildings, and a kindergarten with garages was also hit. One person was killed and several injured.
