Near Lysychansk, Ukrainian troops manage to restrain the Russians. Meanwhile the city is pelted with Russian shells. Russian troops are destroying the city.

Haidai said that the Russians had thrown more than one and a half battalion-tactical groups of heavy equipment and a significant number of personnel in the direction of Toshkivka, which they captured on 21 June.

The occupiers, he said, were able to make a breakthrough.

Haidai noted that the next announced date of the "capture of the Luhansk region" – 26 June – will again be a date of shame for the Russians.
