Belarus mines roads and bridges near the border with Ukraine – General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that Belarus has begun mining forest roads, bypass roads, and bridges on its own territory, in the areas near the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.

Details: On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, Belarus has focused on strengthening measures to protect the state border with Ukraine.
Belarusian forces are planting mines along the forest roads, bypass roads, and bridges in the areas near the border with Ukraine.
There is a threat of missile and air strikes from the territory of Belarus.
Russia is transferring artillery and motorised rifle units to the Sivershchyna front from areas where they were being replenished.
On the Slobozhanshchyna front, Russia continues undertaking preparations to resume its offensive. Units of Russian troops are replenishing losses in weapons, military equipment, and material resources.
Russian troops are using barrell and jet artillery to fire on Ukrainian troops in order to lower their offensive potential.
On the Kharkiv front, Russian troops did not undertake active combat operations. Their main efforts are focused on maintaining their previously occupied positions and supply routes.
Russian troops continued to shell civilian infrastructure in the areas around Tsyrkuny, Stara Hnylytsia, Peremoha, and Staryi Saltiv; they conducted airstrikes near the village of Nove.
On the Sloviansk front, Russia has focused its main efforts on creating favourable conditions for mounting an offensive.
Russian troops fired on civilian infrastructure in the areas around Dovhenke, Virnopillia, Hrushuvakha, Velyka Komyshuvakha, and Husarivka.
On the Donetsk front, Russian forces continued to use mortars, barrel artillery, and MLRS along the entire contact line.
On the Lyman front, Russian troops attacked civilian infrastructure in the areas of Sosnove, Sviatohirsk, Staryi Karavan, and Raihorodka.
Russian troops conducted assault operations in the areas around Studenok, Sosnove, and Yarova; fighting is continuing there. Russia has also stepped up its electronic warfare operations.
On the Sievierodonetsk front, Russian invaders continued their assault on Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk.
Russian attack aircraft carried out airstrikes in the areas around Ustynivka and Borivske. In addition, Russian troops conducted assault operations near Borivske, but were not successful.
On the Bakhmut front, Russian troops mounted an offensive and conducted assault operations on Komyshuvakha, Mykolaivka, Vrubivka, Berestove, and Bilohorivka. Fighting is continuing.
On the Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavlivske, and Zaporizhzhia fronts, Russia did not conduct active military operations and is instead trying to replenish its losses in weapons and military equipment.
Russian troops carried out airstrikes on civilian infrastructure in the city of Marinka. In addition, attacks were recorded in the areas around Vidrodzhennia, Dolomitne, Toretsk, Novobakhmutovka, Avdiivka, Pisky, Mykilske, Vuhledar, and others.
On the Pivdennyi Buh front, Russian occupation forces are destroying transport infrastructure facilities along the possible advance routes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in order to maintain their lines of defence.
On the Kryvyi Rih front, Russian troops have been forced to defend their positions. They inflicted fire damage to civilian infrastructure in the areas around Shyroke, Lepetykha, Shevchenkove, Osokorivka, Partyzanske, and others.
In the operational zones of the Black and Azov seas, groups of Russian ships are focused on maintaining favourable conditions and are blocking all civilian shipping in the northwestern part of the Black Sea.
It is reported that Russian troops are continuing to suffer losses in personnel and equipment. Thus, 115 wounded soldiers were admitted to hospitals in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk Oblast on May 27-28 alone; 32 were registered dead in the course of the same two-day period.
Due to large sanitary losses and fatalities in military units and subunits of the 1st Army Corps of the 8th Combined Arms Army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, forced mobilisation continues in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk Oblast.
