The Russian occupiers have removed 15,000 tonnes of sunflower seeds and 10,000 tonnes of grain from the granaries of Luhansk Oblast.

This was reported by Serhii Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration.

Also, according to Haidai, the [Russian] occupying forces are preparing grain for future sowing, offering farmers "favourable procurement conditions" of 8,000 Russian rubles [approximately 140 US dollars], while Ukraine paid 8,600 [approximately 290 US dollars] hryvnias per tonne of products.

"In fact, producers will be paid only 30% of the cost of the grain and they will get it in rubles! Experts understand that it is impossible to conduct a sowing programme for the 2023 harvest with these funds," he concluded.
