Yurii Sobolevskyi, the first deputy of the head of Kherson Oblast, revealed that the occupiers don’t trust the local collaborators and have started replacing them with external personnel from CADLR [temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts].

Quote: "The occupying administration’s failure to subdue the local population, to take away their love of Ukraine, has considerably undermined the occupier’s trust in those collaborators who were going to become "oblast authorities" and dictate a new way of life in the Russian world format.
This is the reason why the local authorities are already being physically replaced, along with decision-making centres in Kherson Oblast. The fake oblast administration is being "enhanced" by external personnel from LDPR [the so-called Lukhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics]. The office of the "Yedinaya Rosiya" party is starting to live a life of its own, moving from distributing "humanitarian aid" to organising official visits of executives and Russian deputies, and public events, and managing politics in the oblast.
And, of course, they keep doing this without considering the Oblast State Administration’s position".
Details: Sobolevskyi believes that the collaborators and traitors are trying to find a way out in order to avoid criminal prosecution after the de-occupation of the Kherson region.
Background: On 18 June, a collaborator’s car exploded on Admiral Seniavin Avenue in Kherson. The car belonged to Yevhen Soboliev, a traitor and a correctional facility chief. The occupiers claim the act was committed by "Ukrainian partisans".
