Fighting continues in Sievierodonetsk. Ukrainian troops have repelled an enemy assault on Zolote, forcing the enemy to retreat."

Details: According to the head of the Luhansk Military Administration, three people were killed and seven hospitalised with injuries of varying severity after Russian aircraft launched rockets on a community hall in Lysychansk where local residents were sheltering.

A palliative treatment centre was destroyed in another Russian airstrike. It is likely that civilians were also sheltering at the centre. A civilian resident of Lysychansk was killed in street shelling.

Two civilians were reported dead in the old neighbourhoods of Sievierodonetsk: a mother and her son.

A school and two private houses were destroyed in Lysychansk, 18 houses in Hirske, seven in Vrubivka. The village of Synetskyi near Sievierodonetsk has sustained significant damage.

Haidai said that Russian occupying forces are continuing to target and destroy civilian infrastructure in Luhansk Oblast. In particular, they have shelled the premises of the Sievierodonetsk chemical equipment plant and damaged the building and entry checkpoint of the Azot chemical plant. Overall, according to the head of the Luhansk Military Administration, hardly any administrative buildings on the territory of the Azot plant remain intact.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have deployed artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems in and around Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Ustynivka, Loskutivka, Metiolkine, Borivske, Mykolaivka, and Novoivanivka.

The Russian occupation army has also conducted airstrikes on Loskutivka and Ustynivka.
