Macron: Ukraine should decide itself on what conditions to build peace

The President of France Emmanuel Macron assured that Ukraine will determine the conditions under which peace with Russia will be established.
He stated this during a press conference with the presidents of Ukraine, Italy, Romania and Germany in Kyiv, European Pravda reports.
"Since there is war in Ukraine today, which brings heavy losses and suffering every day, I assure you that we will do everything so that Ukraine can choose its own destiny, make its own choice. It is Ukraine that will decide when to end the war and when to sit down for negotiations," Macron said.
"Ukraine will decide on what conditions it will build peace," he said.
In Irpin, where Emmanuel Macron went with the leaders of Germany, Italy and Romania, he expressed respect for the heroism of Ukrainians and said that Ukraine should be able to continue to resist and gain an advantage.
As it has been reported, the Prime Minister of Italy Mario Draghi believes that peace with Russia should be achieved on the terms of Ukraine.
