Near Nova Kakhovka and Berislav, Kherson Oblast, the Russian military is forcing farmers to hand over 70% of the harvest to Crimean buyers.
This was reported by the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on Facebook.

It is said that purchase prices [offered by Crimean buyers] are sometimes about 10% of the retail price.
"At the same time, there is a ban on the export of crops to the territories controlled by Ukraine. There are cases when entrepreneurs distribute strawberries and cherries to the population for free," the statement said.
