Russian missiles in Chortkiv damage schools and a kindergarten

Rocket fire in the Ternopil region damaged several civilian facilities. A school, a kindergarten, shops, apartment buildings and other targets are among them.
The consequences of the missile attack were reported by the Chortkiv City Council.
At the educational institutions, the blast wave destroyed:
- 24 window frames and window sills;
- 12 double-glazing units;
- 5 doors and partitions between rooms.
Liudmyla Polishchuk, the head of the Department of Education in Ternopil region, noted that the ceiling in the building of the sports school, gym and assembly hall was destroyed in the secondary school.
She added that all the destruction would be eliminated in the near future.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russians have damaged the 1971 educational institution. 194 of them were completely destroyed.
The number of damaged cultural sites is also growing. As of 10 June, 388 cultural monuments were destroyed in Ukraine.
