Details: According to Haidai, the Russian army is controlling more than 70% of Sievierodonetsk.

Mass evacuation and delivery of humanitarian goods are impossible due to shelling. The military is managing only to evacuate a few people a day.

About 500 civilians remain at the Azot plant, 40 of them are children.

The industrial zone is being heavily shelled by large-calibre Russian artillery.

"Shelters at the Azot plant are not as sturdy as those at the Azovstal [steelworks] in Mariupol. We are trying to carry out an organised evacuation with security guarantees. All the people who are there refused to leave the city earlier," explained the Head of the Oblast.

Haidai assured, "There is no threat of encirclement for Ukrainian troops in the Luhansk region."

The situation in Lysychansk is quite difficult. Russian troops have intensified their shelling of the city. They are firing from large calibre artillery , and the city is being damaged every day. It is precisely this city that has seen the largest number of dead and wounded in recent days. A "quiet" evacuation is taking place there.
