Armed Forces of Ukraine are killing the invaders on all fronts, the battle for Sievierodonetsk continues - the General Staff report

The Ukrainian military repulsed the aggressors’ attempts to attack on the Sloviansk front, fierce battles continue for Sievierodonetsk, and the Russians are preparing an offensive on the Lyman front.

Details: On the Volyn, Polissia and Sivershchyna fronts there are no significant changes.
On the Sivershchyna front, the Russian occupiers continue to shell the positions of Ukrainian troops, as well as civilian infrastructure in the settlements of Khrinivka, Chernihiv Oblast and Oleksandrivka, Sumy Oblast.
On the Slobozhanshchyna front, the aggressors are conducting combat operations, trying to improve their tactical situation, and continuing to improve the engineering equipment of defensive positions in the area of the settlement of Novyi Burluk.
The invaders fired on the settlements of Zamulivka, Bairak, Husarivka and Ruski Tyshky using mortars, artillery and multiple rocket launchers.
They tried to storm the area of settlements Starytsia – Rubizhne, but were unsuccessful.
On the Sloviansk front, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repulsed the aggressors’ assault operations in the areas of Dovhenke – Mazanivka and Dovhenke – Dolyna.
On the Donetsk front, the aggressors’ main efforts are focused on the Sievierodonetsk and Bakhmut fronts. They fired on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine along the front line.
The invaders did not take active actions on the Lyman front, but continued shelling Ukrainian units. The Russian occupying forces are taking measures to prepare for an offensive.
On the Sievierodonetsk front, the aggressors continued to use tubed and rocket artillery. They are trying to overcome the resistance of the Ukrainian forces and establish full control over the city of Sievierodonetsk; the fighting continues.
On the Bakhmut front, the occupiers carried out assault operations with the objective of reaching the village of Vrubivka, but were unsuccessful.
In an attempt to resume their assault in the area of Orikhove – Zolote, the Russian occupying forces received a decisive rebuff from Ukrainian defenders and withdrew.
On the Avdiivka, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts, the invaders are maintaining steady fire on the positions of Ukrainian troops in order to restrain their actions and prevent regrouping.
On the Pivdennyi Buh front, the aggressors are trying to hold their former positions and firing on units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
The Russian army fired on the areas of the settlements of Osokorivka, Trudoliubivka, Shyroke, Dobrianka and Blahodatne, using tubed and rocket artillery.
