Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, is asking residents of Sloviansk and Bakhmut to evacuate and not wait until the hostilities reach their homes.

Background: The defenders have been able to persuade and secretly evacuate 66 people, including 6 children, from Lysychansk, Luhansk Oblast.
On 30 May, the head of Luhansk Oblast, Serhii Haidai, reported that the evacuation from the region had stopped - the occupiers fired on a car being used in the evacuation and killed a French journalist.
