Occupying forces say they have detained a "terrorist" in Kherson

The Russian occupiers have published a report about the detention in occupied Kherson of a man who was allegedly preparing a terrorist attack in the city on 9 May [Victory Day, an annual military holiday].

Details: An agency of the aggressor country has requested information from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation regarding a man whom the invaders call guilty of "preparing a terrorist attack on Victory Day."
The report says that "a laboratory for the manufacture of explosives, documentation, special literature, small arms, ammunition, a grenade launcher and TNT" were allegedly found in the man's apartment in Kherson.
The Russians report that the man "planned to commit a terrorist act" during events on Victory Day [9 May].
Quote: "The detained [man] confirmed his involvement in the manufacture of Molotov cocktails."
Background:
Andrey Turchak, Secretary of the General Council of Putin's United Russia Party, visited Kherson and said that "Russia is here forever."
