In the occupied city of Sorokine in the Luhansk region, Ukrainian citizens displaced from recently occupied territories are being issued "passports of the Luhansk People's Republic."

Details: It is noted that people who have been deprived of their homes, property, and money are forced to agree to these conditions as it is the only way for them to obtain money, food, and medical care.
"Preventive talks" are currently being held with people.
It is reported that if "citizenship" to the [self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s] pseudo-republic is renounced, people will lose any means of subsistence and will be severely repressed.
