Background: On Tuesday evening, Russia launched a missile strike on a substation near the train station in Volovets, in the Zakarpattia (Trans-Carpathian) region. 57 houses in Volovets were left without gas supply as a result of the missile strike. This was the first missile attack in the Zakarpattia region since the beginning of the war.
On Tuesday (3 May), an electrical substation, damaged by a Russian missile in the village of Volovetsin the Zakarpattia region, was repaired and restarted, and the gas supply has also been restored.
