Quote: "The second stage of our evacuation operation from Mariupol was completed today. 344 people have been rescued from the city itself and its suburbs. That's how many people left for Zaporizhzhia today.
Our team is getting ready to meet them - to meet them in the same way as more than 150 people whom we managed to relocate from Azovstal. They are all receiving the help they need [...]"
"I spoke with UN Secretary-General António Guterres today about what has already been done, and what still has to be done to save Mariupol residents and the defenders of the city.
There has not been not a day when I didn't work on this, when we didn't work on this. And I am grateful to everyone who is helping."
