The Russian occupiers are preparing to resume the offensive on the fronts of Izium in Kharkiv Oblast and Sloviansk, Siversk and Raihorodka in Donetsk Oblast.

The situation on the Volyn and Polissia fronts has not changed. The main efforts of the Belarusian armed forces have focused on strengthening the protection of the state border.

Tanks and infantry fighting vehicles were removed from bases in Belarus. Their further transfer to Russia is not excluded.

On the Siversk front, in order to prevent the transfer of units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine to other directions, the invaders keep units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk oblasts [in Russia].

In addition, the Russian army carried out a missile air strike on units of Ukrainian troops in the Sumy region from Su-30SM aircraft.

Artillery and mortar shelling of border settlements continues.

On the Slobozhanskyi front, the Russian troops are trying to keep their positions and prevent the advance of units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

The occupiers are preparing to resume the offensive on the Izium and Sloviansk fronts.

On the Donetsk front, the Russian occupying forces, with the support of artillery and mortar fire, are conducting active assault operations on the Sievierodonetsk and Bakhmut fronts, and fighting continues.

The aggressors are trying to establish full control over Sievierodonetsk and surround the units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine. The occupiers are also preparing for an offensive on the Siversk and Raihorodka fronts.

On the Kurakhovo front, the invaders fired at Ukrainian troops with artillery.

On other fronts, the occupiers continue shelling in order to restrain the actions of Ukrainian troops and prevent their transfer to other areas.

On the Pivdennyi Buh front, the aggressors are defending and mining the coast of the Inhulets River in areas of possible action by units of Ukrainian troops. The occupiers launched air strikes involving aircraft in the area of the settlement Davydiv Brid, in the Kherson region.

In the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, Russian ships continue to perform tasks to isolate areas of hostilities. The Russian frigate Admiral Makarov, which has up to eight Calibre cruise missiles on board, is in combat readiness.

The General Staff adds that the invader is demoralised, is suffering losses, and is hastily moving to defence on some fronts.
