South: Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy Russian command post and equipment, killing 67 invaders

The Ukrainian military have killed 67 invaders and destroyed 27 pieces of Russian equipment, as well as an unmanned reconnaissance control post and a command post of one of the Russian units in the defence of the southern borders.

Quote: "The situation on the southern front is fast moving and tense.

The enemy continues to pull up reserves and establish defensive lines in Kherson Oblast.

Equipment is being unloaded near Kherson: some 120 T-62s and BMP-2s have been amassing for several days to reinforce the enemy's positions.

Tank positions have been established near Nova Kakhovka and Stepanivka.

At the same time, our units continue offensives and measures to contain and prevent the movement of reserves."

Details: Russian forces ended up losing an Orlan-10 UAV during an aerial reconnaissance mission.

The invaders then employed Mi-8 helicopters to reconnoitre Ukrainian Armed Forces' positions and attempted to attack them.

While providing fire support to the offensive and holding back the attack, Ukrainian missile and artillery units working in cooperation with aircraft killed 67 invaders and destroyed 6 T-62 tanks, 2 Grad multiple rocket launchers, 3 Msta-S self-propelled howitzers, and 3 vehicles.

An unmanned reconnaissance control post and a command post of one of the Russian units were also destroyed.
