Russia launches missile strikes against Lviv

Lviv mayor Andrii Sadovyi reports that explosions have been heard in the city.

Details: In comments to Ukrainska Pravda, members of the public have confirmed that explosions have been heard in Lviv; at least five are known of so far.
Power outages have started in parts of the city.
Other details are not yet known.
UPDATE 21.33:
Quote of Sadovyi: "Update on Lviv.
3 power substations were damaged.
Two pumping stations without current.
We are restoring water supply through alternative sources of electricity."
UPDATE 22.10: According to preliminary data, one person was injured in Lviv.
Quote of Sadovyi: "According to preliminary information, one person was injured.
The fire at one of the power substations is being eliminated."
UPDATE 22.45: Three power substations were fired. Two people were injured. Work is underway to restore water supply.
Background: The Russian Federation previously shelled Lviv on 18 April. The Interior Ministry released a video of a fire at a car repair shop in Lviv that had been hit by a Russian missile.
