Quote: "Five houses have been hit by the Russians in Sievierodonetsk, with at least 12 in the municipality of Hirska.
However, we don't know exactly how many at this moment. Because the Russians are assaulting the community's settlements around the clock. Ten houses have been burnt down in Orikhovo and another two in Zolote. We are confirming information about casualties.
We are trying to evacuate local residents every day. Sievierodonetsk has withstood eight Russian artillery attacks in 24 hours. As recently as last night, three houses in the old districts of the city were damaged.
By the afternoon, a warehouse was already on fire and two more high-rise buildings had been hit. Fortunately, one shell landed in a flat without exploding. It has already been defused by bomb disposal technicians. Three people were rescued from the shelling and rubble."
Details: Overall, according to Haidai, the Russians opened fire on residential areas of Luhansk Region 25 times during the course of 2 May. Most of these strikes were on Sievierodonetsk, Rubizhne, Popasna, and Hirska Municipality.
At the same time, on the Luhansk Region and Donetsk Region fronts, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have successfully repelled 12 enemy attacks over the past 24 hours.
