More than 100 miners trapped underground in Donetsk Oblast

In Donetsk Oblast, 115 miners are trapped underground in two mines due to a power outage.

Background: The mayor of Kramatorsk, a city in the northern part of Donetsk Oblast, reported that Kramatorsk and its neighbouring cities were left without power due to damage to a power line.
